Breakfast
Smoothie
1 banana fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cup of mango fresh or frozen
1 cup of red leaf lettuce
1-2 cups unsweet almond milk
1 scoop plant based protein powder (optional) Sun Warrior is very clean
Instructions place ingredients in the blend and blend until smooth and enjoy

Snack
Hand full of almonds and oranges (as many as it takes)
Warm or cold green tea

Dinner
Avocado Salad
3 cups of lettuce of choice
1 avocado
1 grated beet and 1 grated carrot
1 juiced lemon
Pink of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions Place lettuce in a bowl. Pit and slice avocado into strips or dice and place on top of greens. Add remaining ingredients. Toss

Tahini Dressing
2 Tablespoons of raw tahini
1 orange juiced
1 inch piece of ginger finely grated or finely diced
1 green onion sliced
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Instructions combine ingredients and pour over salad
Snack
Date Paste
48 Medjool dates pitted
3/4 cup almond milk
1 dash sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup water

Blend ingredients until smooth and enjoy with apple slices
