This is a great yoga sequence if you have had a hectic day and you want to calm the heart and mind or you just want to unwind before bed.
This is a perfect sequence for soothing the body mind and spirit.
We will start out with a little breath work and then move into some calming and soothing yoga poses and finally end with Shavasana.
