This 10 minute yoga flow is for flexibility and energy. If your are wanting to create space in the body and improve flexibility this is a sequence you could do over and over again. I really believe it is better to do a little yoga regularly instead of a lot of yoga every once in a while. Please join me for this 10 min yoga sequence.
