We all have those times where we feel like our appetites and cravings are driving us instead of our desire to be healthy and whole in the drivers seat. This will be a perfect opportunity to do a little recalibration.
My purpose and passion is to unify and connect health wholeness and spirituality in myself and share those tools freely with people who are open and wanting a change. This plan will help guide you to become refreshed mind spirit and body. Included will be workout plans and videos, menu plans and ideas along with health hacks or biological mechanisms that will make the process easier and more effective.
This 7 day journey will give the body a chance to repair and restore so the added hacks are to help that process along and go faster with less side effects. The first video and chart for our initial metric. I dislike using weight as a metric alone as I feel it isn’t the best way to tell what is happening with the body. So we will be using weight and measurements to identify our starting point. If we keep doing what we have always done we will continue to get what we have always gotten.
